Through the website, you can sign up for a newsletter which contains information about all news, promotions, products and services related to our online activity. For the purpose of sending the newsletter, we process your personal data regarding your name and e-mail address. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in the case of the newsletter is your consent given by ticking the relevant content of the checkbox when signing up for the newsletter. You may withdraw such consent at any time, which will result in resignation from receiving the newsletter. The data are processed for the time of the functioning of the newsletter, unless you resign from the receipt of the newsletter, which will cause the erasure of your data from our data base.

Orders.

While placing your order, you must provide your personal data necessary for the completion of your order, i.e. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and order delivery address. You may also provide additional data such as information about the conducted business activity. If you have entered such data in your user account before, then these data will automatically be inserted into the order form, whereby you can always modify them. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data included in the order is the performance of the agreement. The data provided in the order form will be saved and stored in the database until the statute of limitation on claims under the agreement expires. Each order is recorded as a separate item in the data base. In addition to personal data, order details such as the date of placement of the order, the subject and value of the order and the selected method of delivery and payment are also recorded.

In addition to this, the IP address which you used to add the comment is recorded in the system. The data are saved in the WordPress and Disqus system base. The data from our WordPress database are stored in it for the period of the functioning of the blog. The data will be deleted from the base when we take the decision to close the blog. When it comes to the Disqus system, the data will arrive there on the basis of your agreement concluded with Disqus, which will allow you to use the Disqus system. It is Disqus itself which determines the purpose and time of data processing in the Disqus system, and we do not have any impact on this. Your data in this case are processed on the basis of your consent resulting from the addition of the comment. The data are processed for the purpose of publication of a comment on the blog.
